Delfin Amazon Lodge

 



2D/1N package.

1st day:

8:00 am - transfer from the hotel in Manaus or from the airport. Transfer by car and boat until reaching the guesthouse. During the transfer, we will cross the Amazon River where we will have the opportunity to see a natural phenomenon, the famous MEETING OF THE WATERS.  

During the journey from Manaus to the lodge we will have the opportunity to see the water lilies. Arriving at the Mamori River, we will board a speedboat where we will sail for a few minutes, crossing small rivers and lakes, flooded jungle (during the flood season, April to the end of July) listening to the sounds of the jungle at all times.  

10:40 am - arrival at the Lodge.

Introduction to the guesthouse, rooms, restaurant, etc.

12:00 pm - Lunch. Free time to stroll around the lodge area or rest in the room or hammock house. 

3:00 pm - Departure for a tour of the region by canoe. Dolphin and bird watching.

7:00 pm - Price.

8:00 pm - canoe trip to observe crocodiles and other nocturnal animals.

 

2nd day:

07:00 - Breakfast.

08:00 - departure for an ecological walk through the virgin forest. During the walk the guide will explain what we are seeing, plants, monkeys, birds, and you will learn about Amazonian biodiversity.

12:00 pm - Lunch.

1:30 pm – Return to Manaus. Estimated time

for arrival at 4:00 p.m.

2nd day:

Waking up to the sound of birds singing, the diverse sounds of the jungle, breathing 100% pure air, is something that we can only have in the lungs of the world.

07:00 - Amazonian Breakfast.

08:00 - departure for an ecological walk through the virgin forest. During the walk the guide will explain what we are seeing, medicinal plants, Amazonian flora, flowers and explanations about Amazonian biodiversity.

12:00 – Lunch.

3:00 pm - In the afternoon we will go out by canoe to fish for the famous piranhas and other Amazonian fish. While fishing, we can also observe the fauna, listen to the jungle, the songs that quickly emerge from the jungle and the birds flying everywhere. Watch the sunset and return to the lodge.

7:00 pm - Price.

8:00 pm - Departure by canoe in search of Amazonian crocodiles. The guide will use his powerful flashlight to locate this exotic animal. The guide will carry the animal with his own hands, so he can show it to the visitors. Time to explain about the life of the animal, take photos and then return to its habitat.

 

3rd day:

05:30 - Wake up to watch the sunrise and the birds.

07:00 - Breakfast.

08:00 - Visit to the home of an indigenous family in the region to learn a little about their customs, their plantations, and how they live in the jungle.

12:00 pm - Lunch.

1:30 pm – Return to Manaus. Expected legacy

for 4:00 p.m.

3rd day:

08:00 - This morning we will leave in our canoe to visit a native family in the region to learn a little about their customs, plantations, and how they live in the jungle.

12:00 - Lunch. Free time to rest a little. You can rest in the rooms or in the hammock house.

3:00 pm - In the afternoon we will go out to visit a species of the largest tree that exists in the Amazon rainforest. The famous Sumaúma, known as the tree of communication, used by the indigenous people.

7:00 pm - Price.

 

4th day:

07:00 - Breakfast.

08:00 - Departure for a visit to the house where the rubber is extracted, how the rubber is processed until it reaches its final point. There, the guide tells the story of the rubber era and what life was like for people at that time.

Return to the accommodation for lunch.  

1:30 pm – Return to Manaus, scheduled arrival

at 4:00 p.m.

 

Dolphin 5D/4N Bundle.

 

1st day:

Departure to the lodge begins early in the morning, at 8:00 am, also at 3:30 pm. Transfer by car from your hotel to the port called Puerto de Ceasa, a fishing port, where you can embark and disembark local products from Amazonian farmers. During the journey, we will pass by the famous ENCUENTRO DE LAS AGUAS, Rio Negro and Rio Solimões. The Rio Negro has waters the color of Coca-Cola and the Rio Solimões is brown. The waters of the two rivers run parallel for about 7 km, without mixing, until they form the Great Amazon River. It is also possible to see pink dolphins during the journey to the lodge.

We will continue the journey by car until we reach the Mamori River, where we will board a speedboat and sail along this small tributary of the Madera River (a tributary of the Amazon River), passing through small lakes with the possibility of observing birds and crocodiles until we reach the lodge.

Arrival at the inn, welcome drink, accommodation and introduction to the inn's stations.

12:00 pm - Lunch.

At 3pm, departure by canoe for a tour to explore the Amazon ecosystem. It is possible to swim in the river and see dolphins. Return to the lodge at sunset.

7:00 pm - Dinner. After dinner, time for a planned conversation about what we will do the next day.

 

2nd day:

07:00 - Amazonian breakfast. Breakfast with fruits and typical regional foods.

08:00 - Departure for a walk through the jungle. On this walk, along little-explored trails, our guide will teach you about survival in the jungle, explain the Amazon flora, medicinal plants, noble trees, and explain the wildlife of the region. Return to the lodge.

Lunch.

In the afternoon we will go fishing for Piranhas and other species of Amazonian fish. We will return to the lodge at sunset.

7:00 pm - Price.

After dinner, we will go canoeing to observe alligators. The guide will use his powerful flashlight to search the riverbanks until he finds the crocodiles. The guide will then approach the animal, capture the alligator and take it on board so that the clients can see, touch, take photos and the guide will explain about the life of this animal. Later, we will release the animal to its natural life.  

 

3rd day:   

We will start the day with a sunrise tour of the Amazon. During sunrise, we will observe the colors of the sky and the jungle that gradually change color, the river water, smooth as a mirror, reflecting the colors of the sky and the jungle.

Breakfast and departure for a tour. We will visit the homes of the indigenous people who live on the banks of the river. We will learn a little about their culture, way of life, and visit the cassava plantations and other places. Return to the lodge.

This afternoon we will go out to see one of the largest tree species in the Amazon rainforest, the famous Sumaúma, also known by the indigenous people as the tree of communication.

Return to the inn.

Lunch.

 

4th day:

Breakfast. That morning we will take a tour to a place where we can see the rubber process. Demonstration of the extraction of latex from the rubber tree. We will observe the process of the latex until it is transformed into rubber. Return to the lodge.

Lunch.

In the afternoon, you can go canoeing to explore the region, lakes, bird watching, monkeys, and sloths that move slowly in the treetops. Return to the lodge, watching the sunset and listening to the birdsong that announces the twilight.   

Dinner. After dinner (or even before dinner), guests can choose to sleep that night in the jungle, in hammocks or at the lodge itself.

 

5th day:

07:00 - breakfast.

08:00 - In the morning we will leave in our canoe to observe the dolphins and fauna in general.

12:00 pm - Lunch.

1:30 pm - Return to Manaus with arrival scheduled for 4:00 pm.
